Tycoon Officia is a luxury eight unit private residence. The architecture of the entrance gate was designed to resemble a five star resort in order to convey the exclusiveness of the property. Signage at the entrance and on the walkway to the sales gallery was designed to complement the aesthetic of the minimal and modern architecture.
